Heather is a passionate person who has spent her life serving, learning and educating. 

She has had the opportunity to experience life's ebb and flow through trial and error. She has consumed herself with organic experiences. Her work has always consisted of serving others and her most treasured experience has been working with young children and families. 

Since 2020, she has been combining her personal and professional experiences to create opportunities for learning and growth.

In 2020 while working on her second master's degree, becoming certified in trauma informed care, and in a 6-month working interview for a new position at a rural school in Oregon, the COVID pandemic inspired her to take a new direction. 

She took this time as an opportunity to cultivate her own personal skills; creating courses to offer educators by becoming a master trainer in the state of Oregon and this was the very beginning of Inclusive Perspectives, which is also the same time she discovered human design. 

It is now her full-time focus to provide professional and personal development opportunities.
